By accessing or using GriffynX services, you agree to be bound by these terms and any policies referenced herein.
2. Use of Service
GriffynX provides pre-decision identity intelligence to authorized customers. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. API Access
API credentials are issued per customer and must not be shared. Misuse, abuse, or attempts to reverse-engineer the service may result in termination.
4. Intellectual Property
All platform technology, models, and brand assets are owned by GriffynX Intelligence Labs. No transfer of ownership is granted by use of the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
GriffynX outputs are decision-support signals. Final decisions remain the responsibility of the customer. We disclaim liability for downstream actions taken based on our responses.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
